Details
From the drawing table of famed French Naval Architect Jean-Pierre Brouns a member of the French Institute of Naval Architects, comes this beautifully designed and strongly built Australian Registered cruising yacht. Similar to his Panaramer design but with a 3/4 keel, this Brouns is built out of 10mm aluminum for the hull and 8mm aluminium for the decks. Built by Coracle Marine in Brisbane and launched in 2005, she has given the owners lots of relaxing fun cruising up and down the QLD coast. Large volume interior with one private aft cabin and an open aft cabin as well as a huge forward cabin. The open living area has the galley and nav station to starboard and the dining are to port. The W/C is to port between the Dining are and forward cabin. Thereis lots of staorage and she is light and well ventilated. She has a large deep cockpit with most lines leading aft to make a easy to sail short handed. She is steered by tiller which has a Raymarine ram attached to the quadrant. She has all the nav gear including Plotter, AIS and radar as well as detachable tillers x 3 making great use of the cockpit area when at anchor or berth. She is well set up to go cruising now. The design is 11.3, she is 11.85 overall. .
